Let’s Draw 2026

Welcome to the Urban Sketchers London sketchwalk programme for 2026!

We’re excited to share another year of exploring London through drawing — discovering new corners, revisiting beloved spots, and sketching the city’s ever-changing rhythm together.

As always, details for each sketchwalk will be posted closer to the date on the Urban Sketchers London website and all our social media channels. The programme is provisional, as we may need to adapt to unexpected disruptions such as rail strikes or difficult weather.

👉 If you haven’t joined our email list yet, please sign up to get all sketchwalk updates straight to your inbox!

We’re still looking for extra helping hands this year. If you’re local to one of the areas, know it well, or simply want to support the team, please consider volunteering — several sketchwalks still need co-leads. Email us at urbansketcherslondon@gmail.com or message us on social media.

Our sketchwalks are free, open to everyone, and no booking is required. Simply show up with your favourite drawing kit.

Each sketchwalk has:

  • a meeting point to start at 11 AM,
  • a midpoint throwdown at 1 PM, and a final throwdown at 3:30 PM, when we share sketches and take group photos.

Our leaders know the area and help everyone feel welcome. Please note: these are not taught workshops — we all sketch what inspires us, in line with the Urban Sketchers Vision and Values.

* This year, we’re planning to celebrate International Urban Sketchers Week (1–7 May) at the Canalway Cavalcade, the vibrant canal festival held every year around Little Venice on the first May bank holiday weekend. Canalway Cavalcade runs across Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and if we had enough volunteers, we’d love to run sketchwalks on all three days. For now, we’re planning a Sunday sketchwalk — but if you’re available to help co-lead, please get in touch so we can expand the celebration!
