Delivery and collection of artwork

Delivery of work: All artwork for hanging must be delivered to the venue on Thursday 20th March 5:00 PM-8:00 PM and Friday 21st March 11:00 AM-1:00 PM

Collection of work: Unsold work must be collected on Sunday 30th March 3:30 PM-4:30 PM.

Programme of Events

SketchWalks (11 AM–3:30 PM)

For each Sketchwalk, we’ll meet at 10:45 AM at the entrance of the Art Pavilion (w3w ///woof.tricky.vibe) before heading to the designated sketching location at 11 AM. The Sketchwalk lead will guide the group there, but you’re welcome to make your own way if you prefer—just check the w3w link for each location.

The first throwdown will be at 1 PM at the sketching spot, where we’ll gather to share our work. The second throwdown will be at 3:30 PM back at the Art Pavilion. Feel free to return at your own pace—see you there!

Live demonstrations

All live demonstrations are free to attend—no booking is required, just show up! Whether you’re an experienced artist or a beginner, these sessions are a great opportunity to watch and learn. Basic art materials (paper and pencils) will be provided for those who’d like to join in, or feel free to bring your materials. Come along, get inspired, and enjoy urban sketching!

This collaborative demo celebrates creativity, friendship, and the unique perspectives that emerge when artists draw together. Sample Deep Deep Light watercolors and discover new ways to bring urban sketching to life.
Saturday 29th March 3:00–4:00 PMAlison Gardiner & ‘Professor Richard Picking’Drawing street performanceLed by Alison Gardiner. Sketch performance poet Carl Heap, aka ‘Professor Richard Picking,’ in action. Basic materials provided or bring your own.
